These Terms of Service govern your use of Blink. This is a demonstration project and does not constitute a legal terms of service agreement.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Blink, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

Use of Service

You may use Blink only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for activity in your Spaces and for safeguarding your device, PIN, and recovery credentials.

Encryption & Your Responsibilities

Because Blink is end-to-end encrypted and our servers store only ciphertext, we cannot recover the contents of your messages, media, or Secure Locker files on your behalf. Keep your keys and recovery information safe. Features such as reverse-PIN duress wipe (entering your PIN in reverse) and remote wipe will permanently destroy local data when triggered.
